Real estate major Omaxe Group has reported a strong market response to the launch of Omaxe Eternity 2, its integrated township project in Vrindavan, with around 750 residential units sold within just a few days of launch. The swift sell-out underscores rising end-user and investor interest in integrated developments located in culturally significant yet well-connected destinations.

Integrated Township Spread Across 101 Acres

Omaxe Eternity 2 is planned as a 101-acre integrated township, designed to combine residential, commercial, hospitality, and social infrastructure within a single, self-sustained ecosystem. The project is being developed in multiple phases and includes:

  • 800 residential plots
  • 74 villas
  • 400 commercial hotel studio units
  • Retail shops and commercial spaces
  • Group housing and multi-storey residential buildings
  • EWS and LIG housing, aimed at inclusive urban development

The diversified mix is intended to cater to a wide buyer profile, ranging from first-time homeowners and retirees to investors and hospitality-oriented buyers.

Competitive Pricing Drives Demand

Industry observers note that pricing played a key role in driving demand for the project. According to Omaxe Group:

  • Studio apartments were priced from approximately ₹50 lakh
  • Residential plots started from around ₹84 lakh
  • Villas were priced from approximately ₹2.75 crore

This positioning made Omaxe Eternity 2 one of the more competitively priced integrated township offerings in the Vrindavan region, particularly at a time when buyers are increasingly seeking planned developments over standalone projects.

Buyer Shift Towards Integrated and Purpose-Led Developments

Commenting on the launch response, Mohit Goel, Managing Director, Omaxe Group, said buyers today are prioritising long-term livability and community-centric planning over just asset ownership.

“The overwhelming response to Omaxe Eternity 2 reflects a clear shift in buyer preferences towards integrated townships located in culturally significant yet well-connected destinations. Buyers are not only seeking homes but environments that offer peace, community living, and long-term value,” he said.

He added that Vrindavan’s spiritual significance, combined with improving infrastructure, is increasingly positioning it as an emerging residential destination.

Strategic Location and Connectivity

The township is located on Radha Kund Road (RAAL) in Vrindavan and benefits from improving regional connectivity. Key road links include:

  • Yamuna Expressway
  • Delhi–Agra Highway
  • Bareilly Highway

The project is also situated close to Vrindavan’s prominent temples and spiritual landmarks, making it attractive to buyers seeking a blend of spiritual environment and modern urban amenities.

Delivery Timeline and Broader Strategy

According to the developer, delivery is scheduled to begin in 2027, aligning with Omaxe Group’s long-term strategy of developing large-scale, self-sufficient townships in emerging growth corridors.

With Omaxe Eternity 2, the Group continues to expand its presence beyond traditional metros, focusing on tier-2 and pilgrimage-driven cities where infrastructure upgrades, lifestyle demand, and investment interest are converging.
