ED (Enforcement Directorate) is looking for a huge office to be specific 31,748 sq ft in carpet area in South of Mumbai. This along with exclusive parking space, with adequate power and water supply.

ED (Enforcement Directorate) has come out with notice looking for leasing of office premises in Mumbai.

They ED is looking for an office admeasuring 31,748 sq ft, carpet area. The ED wants the office along with separate exclusive parking space, with adequate power and water supply.

The premises that ED is looking for should be in areas like Ballard Estate, Fort, Churchgate, Colaba, Nariman Point.

The premises should be approved for commercial use. The offer should be directly from the owners of the premises. Brokers will not be entertained.

The Directorate has asked interested owners to submit their offers in two involve system. Technical Bid and Price Bid.

The technical bid shall contain notice inviting tender, general terms and conditions and details of the offer. The price bid shall contain the monthly rent and other charges.

Those interested in leasing their space to ED can obtain the terms of the bid from the office of ED located at Ballard Estate up to December 31 (16.00 hours).

The last date for receipt of sealed offer is up to 17.00 hours on December 31, 2020.

The sealed offers only of technical bid shall be opened on January 4, 2021 (3,00 pm)

A senior official from Enforcement Directorate confirmed that the Directorate was looking for an office premises and hence a notice has been brought out.
