Janhvi Kapoor the daughter of late actor Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor bought an apartment for Rs 39 crore.

Janhvi Kapoor on December 7, 2020 finalised the deal, of a triplex. 

The flats are spread on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of the building named Araya Building.

The building in which Janhvi Kapoor bought the flat is located in Mumbai’s Juhu area.

The carpet area of the flat as per the documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia is 3,456 area.

JVPD scheme in Juhu is an area which houses a lot of Celebrities and Janhvi Kapoor’s new address is in JVPD itself.

The 23-year-old actor registered the agreement with the Department of Registration and Stamps on December 10.

A a stamp duty of Rs 78 lakh was for the registration of the apartments.

Janhvi Kapoor will also have an access to six car parks in the building.

The actor made her debut in the movie Dhadak, starting Ishaan Khattar. This movie was a remake of a superhit Marathi film Sairaat.

Janhvi has followed the footsteps of actors like Hrithik Roshan, who in October had bought a super luxury apartment worth Rs 96 crore in Versova.
