CIDCO in the month of January 2022 will be coming up with a lottery of 5,000 homes to know where all these homes would be read this article.

It’s still a long time for the year to end and for people to get sone good news in the New Year.

But for homebuyers wanting to buy a new house in Navi Mumbai there’s already some good news.

The good news is being delivered by none other than CIDCO.

So in January 2022, CIDCO will be holding a lottery of 5,000 homes in Navi Mumbai.

Urban Development minister of the state Eknath Shinde took to Twitter to make this announcement.

Shinde tweeted in Marathi below is it’s translation.
“To welcome the New Year with great enthusiasm @CIDCO_Ltd In the month of January 2022, the lottery process of 5,000 ‘Mahanirman’ houses has been started.”

While the prices are not known yet, but we can tell you where these homes would be.

Firstly these homes would be majorly for the economically weaker and low income groups.

The minister stated that the CIDCO homes will be
under the Gharkul Yojana, and these affordable housing will be made available to the Economically Weaker Sections and low income groups.

So these home are going to be at locations like Ghansoli, Kharghar, Kalamboli, Taloja and Dronagiri in Navi Mumbai.

Buying a home is a dream that many aspire for but cannot because of the high realty prices.

Hence many homebuyers eagerly await lottery of homes that are held by government bodies like CIDCO and MHADA.

These homes are priced at rates lower than that if the market rates and hence sought of become affordable.

The lottery of homes in the start of the year will bring joys to those homebuyers who eagerly await these lotteries to own a house of their own.
