CIDCO to launch mega schemes for the sale of plots, tenements and commercial shops on the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa

CIDCO is launching a mega scheme for the sale of plots and commercial shops on the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa on April 2, 2022.

Under this scheme tenements of various housing schemes for MIG & HIG, commercial shops, as well as plots for residential, commercial, and social purposes, will be made available for sale in the various nodes of Navi Mumbai through e-auction and e-tender processes. 

These various schemes have been made available in Kharghar, Ghansoli, Kalamboli, Taloja and Dronagiri nodes in Navi Mumbai.

Commercial shops have been made available at prime locations in Navi Mumbai to provide an opportunity for business people to start as well as grow their businesses.

Large residential and commercial plots will allow the developers to build their projects and common citizens can build their own homes on small residential plots.

By providing a large number of plots for various social purposes, CIDCO aims at preserving its legacy of inclusive and holistic development of the society. In addition to this, CIDCO have made available tenements from popular housing schemes for sale for middle income group and high income group.

The sale of various plots and shops will be carried out through easy and transparent e-tendering and e-auction processes. The website https://cidco.maharashtra.gov.in has been made available for this purpose. Information regarding the registration of application, payment of EMD and other charges, submission of tenders, auction will be made available from time to time on the above mentioned website as well as on CIDO’s official social media platforms.

“Under the guidance of Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray, Chief Minister, CIDCO has provided equal opportunities through these various schemes, for citizens from all walks of life. CIDCO has always focused on the overall development of the community and the city through its various schemes and projects. This will give impetus to the gradually improving economy after the pandemic. The sale of residential plots will revive the real estate sector as well as will allow the common citizens to fulfil their dream of owning a home. The social purpose plots will help to grow various social activities,” said, Eknath Shinde, Urban Development Minister.

“Commercial shops as well as tenements from CIDCO’s popular housing schemes will be made available under these various schemes. Also, the plots in different areas of north and south Navi Mumbai will be made available for sale. The residential, commercial, residential cum commercial plots will be made available for common citizens along with developers. The social purpose plots will be made available for the facilities like hospital, old age home, art and cultural centre, special school, veterinary clinics, orphanage, student hostel,” said Dr. Sanjay Mukherjee, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, CIDCO.
