Aurangabad Housing and Area Development Board (MHADA component) has announced revised draw schedule for sale of 984 flats and 220 plots under various housing projects in Aurangabad, Jalna, Osmanabad, Latur, Parbhani, Hingoli and Nanded districts. The lottery will be carried out at 11 am at Marathwada Revenue Academy Hall, Aurangabad.

As per the revised schedule announced by Aurangabad Board regarding the draw, online application for registration of interested applicants to participate in the draw process can be done till 5 pm on June 10, 2022. Registered applicants can submit their applications till 11.59 pm of June 11, 2022.

The deadline for online acceptance of the earnest money deposit is 11.59 pm on June 12, 2022. The deposit can be made through RTGS / NEFT in the bank till the office hours of the respective bank on June 13, 2022. The final list of accepted applications for the draw will be published on June, 22 2022 at 1.00 pm on MHADA’s website https://lottery.mhada.gov.in.

Online application registration and application process started under ‘Go-Live’ program since April 26, 2022. The lottery shall be carried out on June 24.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban)
In the draw of Aurangabad Board, there are 338 flats for Economically Weaker Section under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Nagari). These include 314 flats at Latur MIDC, 18 flats at Sirsawadi Road, Jalna and 6 flats at Nakshatrawadi in Aurangabad.

MHADA Housing Scheme
Under MHADA Housing Scheme, 27 plots and 2 flats in Bhokardan (Dist. Jalna), 6 flats in Ambad (Dist. Jalna), 38 flats in Sirsawadi Road, Jalna are included for very low income group. 9 plots at Bhokardan (Dist. Jalna), 16 flats at Hingoli, 53 plots at Tokwadi (Tal. Mantha, Dist. Jalna), 4 flats near Housing Building at Aurangabad, Deolai (Dist. Aurangabad). 2 plots are available here, 19 plots are available at Naldurg (Dist. Osmanabad). 9 plots in Bhokardan (Dist. Jalna), 6 flats in Kannad (Dist. Aurangabad), 35 flats in Hingoli, 25 flats and 34 plots in Gangakhed Road in Parbhani, 5 flats in Osmanabad MIDC area for Lower Income Group. , 390 flats at Chikhalthana (Aurangabad), 2 plots at Selu (Dist. Parbhani), 1 flat at Deolai (Dist. Aurangabad), 1 flat at Navin Kautha (Dist. Nanded), 59 plots at Naldurg (Dist. Osmanabad) for sale are available.

Under MHADA Housing Scheme, 7 plots are available for High Income Group at Bhokardan (Dist. Jalna), 1 plot at Tokwadi (Tal. Mantha, Dist. Jalna), 1 flat at Bansilal Nagar. Also, income limit has been relaxed for all income groups. For this group, 21 flats are available at Paithan (Dist. Aurangabad) and 39 flats at Deolai (Dist. Aurangabad).

20% comprehensive plan
Under 20% comprehensive scheme. there are 31 flats for sale in Aurangabad and 23 flats for sale in Deolai (Aurangabad district).

An instruction manual for the draw is available on the website https://lottery.mhada.gov.in for the interested applicants participating in the draw of Aurangabad Board. The Board has appealed to all interested applicants to review this information booklet before registering the application and filling up the application.
