These days its either film celebrities or cricketers who are buying luxury apartments. And in that one more name has been added to the list.

Indian Cricketer Ruturaj Gaikwad recently bought a house in Pune. He bought the house for Rs 8 crore.

According to documents made available to SquareFeatIndia by Indextap.com the deal was signed on September 29, where the cricketer bought the house from Pritam Construction Pvt. Ltd.

The flat is located in the building Amar Landmark in Pune. Ruturaj currently resides in Pune’s Pune City area.

The carpet area of the flat as per the document 2919 sq ft. A stamp duty of Rs 56 lakh was paid for the registration of the documents.

The cricketer along with the apartment will also have an access to four car parks in the building.

Ruturaj Gaikwad has played domestic cricket and international cricket too. He also has played in the IPL for Chennai Super Kings.

Cricketers like Prithvi Shaw and others have bought homes in the past in Mumbai. Shaw paid Rs 10.5 crore for a flat in the building 81 Aureate by MJ Shah which he bought in April this year.
