Indian actor Prithviraj Sukumaran along with wife Supriya Menon has bought a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra area.

Prithviraj S is an Indian actor, director, producer, and primarily works in the Malyalam Cinema. His hindi film debut was with Rani Mukherjee in the movie Aiyyaa,

According to documents made available to SquareFeatIndia by Indextap.com a firm that collates realty deal data from publicly available documents, the deal was registered on October 11.

Documents reveal that Prithviraj bought the house on 16th Floor of building Parishram By Rustomjee, Nargis Dutt Road, Pali Hill, Bandra West.

The seller is Keystone Realtors Limited, and the amount paid for the purchase of the house by Prithviraj is Rs 17.75 crore.

A stamp duty of Rs 1.06 crore was paid for the registration of the deal with the stamp duty office.

The total area of the apartment that the actor will have for himself and his family measures 2109 sq ft.

Along with the apartment, the owners of the flat will also have an access to three car parks in the building.

The actor’s current address show that he resides in Kochi district of Kerala.

In the last few days, several celebrities have invested in Mumbai’s real estate. From Kajol to Rajkummar Rao, even Akshay Kumar had bought a property in Bandra and sold another property in Andheri. Janhvi Kapoor sold her home, Ayushman Khurana also recently bought a house, the list is huge it includes Madhuri Dixit buying a house in Lower Parel, Kashmir Files fame Vivek Agnihotri along with wife Pallavi Joshi bought a flat in Versova.

Real estate has emerged as a huge opportunity for film celebrities to invest. This is a good sign for real estate industry where many are putting their faith via the money they have earned.
