Two properties belonging to GVK Group’s Chairman and Founder G.V. Krishna Reddy sold two of his properties located in Hyderabad for a whooping Rs 73.81 crore.

According to documents provided to SquareFeatIndia by Zapkey.com, the deal was signed between Reddy as seller whereas the buyer is Potukuchi Naganandini, a businesswoman based out of Hyderabad.

The deal was signed on January 9, 2023 in Hyderabad. According to documents the property details include, first transaction is that of a plot measuring 1386 sq yards, for Rs 36.38 crore. Whereas the second transaction is of 1426 sq yards, sold for Rs 37.43 crore.

Both the properties are located at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, in the state of Telangana.

GVK has run many airports in the country. Even the Mumbai International airport was with them, till Adani took it from them.
