In yet another big ticket deal, four apartments worth Rs 217.04 crore was sold in Lodha Malabar.

According to property documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia provided by Zapkey.com, the deals were signed between MArch 23 to March 29.

The seller is Macrotech Developers Ltd, while the buyers includes Kandoi Fabrics Pvt Ltd, Pradeep Laxminarayan Aggarwal, and Rajesh Vijayakumar Aggarwal who are directors at Kandoi Fabrics Pvt ltd.

The properties are Flat No. A-601, A-701, A-801, A-901, 6th to 9th Floor, A Wing, Sea Palace, Lodha Malabar, Walkeshwar Road, Malabar Hill, Mumbai

A Stamp duty of Rs 13.02 Cr was paid for the registration of these apartments.

The buyers will also have access to 16 car parking in the building.

The total area of the deal is 18,572 Sq. Ft. Net Area (4,643 sft per unit)

On March 29, six properties worth Rs 369.55 crore was sold in Lodha Malabar and was bought by the Taparia family.

Earlier last month Industrialist Niraj Bajaj bought a house worth ₹252 crore in Walkeshwar.
