A flat in Malabar Hill was sold on the last day of March for a whooping Rs 1.26 lakh per sq ft.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia by Zapkey.com, the building is named Grand Palace, Lodha Malabar, located at Walkesh Road, Malabar Hill in Mumbai.

This has been a go after name for the quite some time for all the big realty deals in the last few days. Several other record breaking deals have taken place in this building.

The consideration amount paid for the apartment measuring 9,546 sq ft is Rs 121 crore.

The sller is Macrotech Developers Ltd, the buyer is Neha Bagaria, who paid Rs 7.26 crore, as stamp duty for the registration of the deal.

The buyer is the founder and CEO of JobsForHer, and the deal was signed on March 31, 2023. The apartment is located on the 22nd floor of Grand Palace, Lodha Malabar.

Along with the apartment the new owner will also have access to 6 car parking in the building.

March 29, six properties worth Rs 369.55 crore was sold in Lodha Malabar and was bought by the Taparia family.

Between March 23 to March 29, Kandoi Fabrics Pvt Ltd, Pradeep Laxminarayan Aggarwal, and Rajesh Vijayakumar Aggarwal who are directors at Kandoi Fabrics Pvt ltd. bought four properties in the same building for Rs 217 crore.

On March 13, Niraj Bajaj bought a house worth Rs 252 crore in the same building.
