Salman Khan, a known name from the Bollywood film industry is known for his style of films.

Almost everyday hundreds of people gather at Bandstand outside his home in Galaxy building to have a glimpse of it.

However today we aren’t discussing how good or bad his film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ka Jaan is, but we will be discussing about a property concerning him.

Salman Khan, recently put on rent an apartment belonging to him.

According to documents accessed by Squarefeatindia provided by Zapkey, Salman rented his property on February 16 for a period of 36 months of three years.

The rent for first year is ₹1.5 lakh per month, second year it is ₹1.57 lakh per month and for the last 12 months of the third year it is, ₹1.65 lakh per month.

Salman Salim Khan carried out this rent agreement through his power of attorney, Abhijit Bhalerao

The tenant is named Rajesh Harishchandra Gandhi.

The property that Salman Khan has put on rent is on the 14th floor of the building named Shiv Asthan Heights, located on 16th Road, of Bandra West,

The tenant will also have access to three car parks in the building.

The total area of the apartment is 1,318 Sq Ft carpet.

A stamp duty of ₹15,000 was paid for the registration of the rent agreement.
