Amazon has leased a huge 5 lakh Sq Ft area in Bonsari area of Airoli in Navi Mumbai.
According to data accessed by SquareFeatIndia provided by Propstack the lease deal was registered in May 11 2022, for a period of 180 months which starts from August 24, 2023.
The project for which the area has been leased is Amazon Data Centre, and the total area leases is 4,51,749 Sq Ft, the company that leased the area is Amazon Data Services India Pvf Ltd.
The name of the builder who has given this property on lease is Newfound Properties And Leasing Private Limited.
Amazon for the last few years has been leading out a lot of property in the city of Mumbai and nearby areas within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
