Poonam Juneja, wife of Ramesh Juneja Mankind Pharma’s chairman sold a property in Delhi’s Vasant Vihar area for a whooping Rs 91 crore.

According to documents accessed by SqareFeatIndia, shared by Zapkey reveal that the deal was signed on March 28, 2023.

While the seller are realted to the Mankind, Dhruv Malhotra, Dakhsh Malhotra and Ranjana Malhotra of Everest Pressure and Vacuum Systems are the buyers.

The property is a ground-plus-three along with a terrace. The plot area is 1,200 square yards and the area of the building is 1,501 square metres.

Stamp duty paid for the registration of the deal is Rs 4.85 crore.
