SRK’s daughter Suhana Khan has spent Rs 12.59 crore to buy properties in Alibaug’s Thal village.

Registration documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia show that the properties bought by Suhana Khan was registered on June 1 this year.

There are two different properties which Suhana Khan bought from three sisters, Anjali Khote, Priya Khote and Rekha Kohte, all in their 60’s. The sellers are residents of Cuffe Parade.

The first property was purchased by Suhana Khan for a consideration of Rs 4.07 Crore, a stamp duty of Rs 24.42 lakh was paid.

The second property purchased by the daughter of actor, was bought for Rs 8.52 crore and a stamp duty of Rs 51.12 lakh was paid for the registration of the sale deed.

The properties are located in Thal vilalge in Alibaug Tehsil, of Raigad district.

Alibaug in the last few years has become the second home destiantion of most celebrities who have invested in properties here. Including SRK who own a luxurious bungalow. where he often hosts parties.
