A big ticket rental lease deal took place recently in Hyderabad, where the rent per month is Rs 2.14 crore. 

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, provided by Propstack, the deal was finalised for a period of 60 months. 

The lease commences from May 14, 2023 and the total area that has been put on lease is 3.74 lakh sq ft. The owner is Divyasree NSL Infrastructure Pvt ltd, while the tenant is Wells Fargo Intertnational Solutions Pvt ltd. 

The rate per sq ft per month is Rs 57.48, and there is no escalation on the rents. 

The property in which the lease deal took place is Divyasree Orion B2, while the floors covered is ground, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. 

The security deposit for the lease deal is Rs 8.88 crore.
