Two lease deal that too big ticket took place in Telangana

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia provided by Propstack, the deals concern the owner Sify Technologies Ltd, and tenant Sify Infinit Spaces Limited.

The first lease deal is for a tenure of 60 months, and the second one is for 120 months. While one commenced on January 1, 2023, the other commenced on January 2022.

The first one is a property of which chargeable area is 1.52 lakh sq ft spread over 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7th floor of the building Sify Data Centre at Financial District Nankaramguda.

The second deal is in the same building and the chargeable area is 96,483 sq ft, spread over the ground, mezzanine floor, the first and the second floor.

The rent per month for the first deal is Rs 64.64 lakh, whereas teh for the second deal it is Rs 38.59 lakh per month.

The security deposit for the first deal is Rs 1.93 crore, whereas the second one is Rs 1.15 crore. The rental escalation per month is 3% increase every year.
