DMart’s parent company Avenue Supermarts Limited has invested Rs 88.74 crore in a property in Kandivali.

According to documents accessed by Square Feat India, provided by Propstack, the deal was signed on August 24, 2023.

The seller is Gauri Land Developers, and the buyer is Avenue Supermarts limited this is the parent company of DMart.

The property details includes, unit nos, 1, 2, 3 in the basement, unit nos, 1, 2, 3, in the ground floor, unit nos, 1, 2, 3 on the first floor, unit nos, 201, 202, 203, 204, 204, 206, 207, 208, on the second floor of the building Gauri excellency, Babrekar Nagar, Kandivali West, Mumbai.

The carpet area of the total deal is 45,876.92 sq ft, whereas the built-up area is 47,234.77 sq ft.

The total number of car parking that DMart will be able to access is 44.
