The lease period is for 60 months, according to documents accessed by Square Feat India, provided by Propstack.

The owner is Andhra networkds Limited and the leased property is located in Embassy Crest-Whitefield.

The total area of the is 5.42 lakh sq ft and is located on ground plus 1,2,3,4,5,6 of wing A&B of the building.

The deposut paid is Rs 48.52 crore.

The rent escalation is 5% every year. The lease began on May 1, 2023.
