The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the Artesia Building, Opp. Hind Cycle, Baburao Pendharkar Road, Worli.

The Seller is Gnext Hardware & Parks Pvt Ltd, whereas the buyer is Ipsita Dasgupta the buyer is an Ex-Apple Exec., now SVP & MD at HP India.

Total Carpet Area of the apartment is 2964 sq ft + 100 sq ft Balcony.

The new owner will also have an access to three car parking in the building.
