MHADA is holding the lottery for 5,863 Homes on December 5 for which it had received a total of 60,000 applications.

MHADA’s Pune Housing and Development Board has announced that a computerised lottery draw for the sale of 5863 tenements constructed in different housing projects across Pune , Pimpri-Chinchwad, Kolhapur, Solapur, and Sangli regions, will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 9:00 AM in the Pune District Council Hall.

A regional unit of MHADA , Pune Board had initiated the online application process for the sale on 5 September, 2023, received an overwhelming response with approximately 60,000 applications for the 5863 available dwelling units. Responding to citizens’ demands and to ensure completion of document submission process and the verification of the documents, the Pune board extended the application deadline on two occasions.

The available tenements for sale in this lottery include 5425 tenements in Pune district, 69 tenements in Solapur district, 32 tenements in Sangli district, and 337 tenements in Kolhapur district. Among these, MHADA offers 403 tenements from housing development plans, 431 tenements under the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme (Urban), 2584 tenements under the 20% inclusive housing scheme, and 2445 tenements were available under ” the first come first serve basis” category.

The Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of MHADA, Sanjeev Jaiswal, along with Pune Region’s Chief Officer Ashok Patil, will also be present on the occasion.
