CIDCO (City and Industrial Development Corporation) has announced that 31st January 2025 will be the final date for online registration and selection of tenements under its ‘My Preferred CIDCO Home’ Mass Housing Scheme. This scheme is a unique opportunity for citizens to secure affordable housing in prime locations across Navi Mumbai.

With 26,000 tenements on offer, the scheme spans several key nodes, including Vashi, Bamandongri, Kharkopar, Kharghar, Taloja, Mansarovar, Khandeshwar, Panvel, and Kalamboli. These homes cater to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) categories under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).

A standout feature of the scheme is the freedom it grants applicants to select their preferred tenement, making it a more personalized and customer-centric housing initiative. The tenements are affordably priced, aiming to make home ownership a reality for common citizens.

To further enhance the experience, CIDCO has established Experience Centres at Kharghar, Sector-14; Kharghar (East); Taloja, Sector-37; and Khandeshwar, Sector-28. These centres allow potential applicants to visualize their future homes and get a real feel of the housing layout and amenities.

CIDCO has urged citizens not to miss this golden opportunity to own a home in Navi Mumbai. Interested individuals can visit the official website https://cidcohomes.com to register their applications and select their preferential order of tenements.

With just days left until the deadline, CIDCO appeals to eligible citizens to act quickly and make their housing dreams a reality.
