Godrej Properties Ltd. (BSE scrip id: GODREJPROP), one of India’s leading real estate developers, has announced its entry into Panipat, Haryana, with the acquisition of a 43-acre land parcel for a large-scale residential plotted development. This project is expected to generate revenue exceeding ₹1,250 crore.

The site, situated in Sector 40, Panipat, will offer approximately 1.02 million sq. ft. of plotted residential space. The planned development will feature a range of attractive plot sizes complemented by premium lifestyle amenities. Strategically located with direct access to the National Highway, the project is also well-connected to schools, hospitals, and other essential social infrastructure.

Commenting on the development, Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of Godrej Properties, said:
