Anand Rathi Financial Services’ Co-Founder seals deal with wife Priti Gupta

The 979 sq. m. sea-view residence on the 40th floor comes with seven car parks

Mumbai: In a marquee deal in Mumbai’s luxury real estate market, Pradeep Navratan Gupta, Co-Founder & Vice Chairman of Anand Rathi Financial Services, and his wife Priti Gupta have purchased a ₹131.74 crore flat at Lodha Sea Face, Worli.

The apartment, located on the 40th floor of Wing-A in the Lodha Sea Face project, spans 979.10 sq. meters (approx. 10,540 sq. ft.) and comes with seven dedicated car parking slots. The agreement was signed and registered on 20th August 2025 with the Sub-Registrar of Assurances, Mumbai.

The property was sold by Lodha Developers Limited (formerly Macrotech Developers Ltd.).
According to the registration details, the flat has a market valuation of ₹85.97 crore, while the actual consideration paid by the buyers is ₹131.74 crore. The stamp duty paid amounted to ₹7.90 crore, in addition to ₹30,000 as registration charges.

This acquisition highlights the sustained appetite for ultra-luxury residences in South Mumbai, with Worli continuing to attract high-net-worth buyers looking for exclusive sea-facing homes.
