India has cemented its position as a strategic hub for real estate capital in Asia-Pacific (APAC), ranking 4th globally in land and development capital destinations during the first half of 2025, according to Colliers’ latest Investment Insights H1 2025 report. Despite global headwinds, the country attracted USD 3 billion in capital inflows in H1 2025, proving investor confidence in India’s real estate market remains strong.


India’s Growing Clout in Global Capital Flows

  • USD 1.6 billion foreign capital inflows, accounting for 52% of institutional investments.
  • Domestic capital deployment surged 53% YoY, contributing 48% of investments.
