Ace fashion designer Sandeep Khosla, Co-owner of the Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla label recently shelled out ₹25.75 crore for a home.

According to data accessed by Squarefeatindia.com provided by Zapkey.com, the deal was carried out on March 20.

The seller is developer Rustomjee Realty Pvt Ltd

The Property Details include a Flat in the, C Wing, Rustomjee Elements, D N Nagar, Andheri West.

The area of the flat is 3497.12 Sq ft carpet area + 289.87 sft exclusive area

Along with the apartment the new owner will also have access to four car parking spaces in the building.

A stamp duty of ₹1.54 crore was paid for the registration of the sale agreement.
