Akshay Kumar, also known as the khiladi of Bollywood earlier this month paid ₹7.84 crore for an apartment in Khar.

Bollywood’s Khiladi, actor Akshay Kumar paid a whopping ₹7.84 crore for an apartment in Mumbai’s Khar are.

Khar is considered as the twin of Bandra, the queen of suburbs.

According to registration documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, Actor Akshay Kumar bought an apartment in Khar West’s Joy legend building for ₹7.84 crore.

“The total registered area is 200.58 sq meters (2155 sq ft), this includes, RERA carpet area of 1878 sq ft, plus a dry area of 29 sq ft and a duct area of 55 sq ft,” reads the document, accessed by SquareFeatIndia.

Akshay’s apartment is located on the 19th floor of the building and he will have access to 4 car parks too.

Akshay paid a stamp duty of ₹39.24 lakh, the ready reckoner rate of the apartment stood at ₹7.22 Crore.

The deal was signed on January 7, 2022.

Actor Hrithik Roshan bought three floors in the building Vartamaan, in 2020, measuring 38,000 sqft for ₹97.50 crore.

Even Bhushan Kumar of T-Series had bought a bungalow in Juhu. He had paid ₹167.5 crore for a 6,700 sqft villa at Vasanta Theosophical CHS in Juhu.

Even Ajay Devgan, bought a bungalow in Juhu for ₹47.50 crore in the end of the year 2020.
