Kartik Aryan invested in unit no 403, located on fourth floor, the total area of the office unit is 194.67 sq mts, the amount paid by Kartik is Rs 10.09 crore.
Documentation was carried out on August 31, registration was carried out on September 4.
Stamp duty paid by Kartik Aryan is Rs 47.55 lakh.
He also will have 3 designated car parking in the building.
The seller is Aishwarya Property and Estates Pvt Ltd

Sara Ali Khan and her mother Amrita Singh, bought unit no 402, fourth floor, on the fourth floor the area of this unit is 194.67 sq mts, the amount paid by Sara Ali Khan and Amrita is Rs 9 crore.
The documentation and registration was carried out on July 11.
Stamp Duty paid is Rs 41 lakh.
Sara will have 3 designated car park
Seller is Aishwarya Property and Estates Pvt Ltd

Amitabh Bachchan, bought four offices on the 21st floor of the building, these are unit no 2101, 2102, 2103 and 2104. He paid Rs 7.18 crore for each totaling it Rs 28.72 crore.
Each unit measures 194.67 sq mts, thus the four unit total to 778.56 sq mts
The documentation was carried out on August 2, whereas the registration was carried out on September 1
Amitabh paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.72 crore
Total 12 designated car parks
Seller for the units of Amitabh is Veer Savarkar Projects Pvt Ltd.

Even Kajol bought a office in the same building.
