Actor Anushka Sharma and her parents, Ashima Ajay Kumar Sharma and Ajay Kumar Sharma, have booked two adjoining 24th-floor apartments in Godrej Skyshore at Versova for a combined ₹25.80 crore, according to the registered agreements for sale provided by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm. Both instruments were made in Mumbai on 8 July 2026 and registered the same day at the Joint Sub-Registrar, Mumbai-13.
Flat 2401, in the parents’ names
Ashima Ajay Kumar Sharma, 59, and Ajay Kumar Sharma, 65, of 2001, Badrinath Towers, Sanjeev Enclave Lane, 7 Bungalows, Versova, are the allottees of Flat 2401 on the 24th floor of Tower A. The carpet area is 137.29 sq m, about 1,478 sq ft, with exclusive areas of 9.22 sq m, a total of 146.51 sq m. Two covered basement-1 car parks, numbered 01 and 13, each 2.3 m by 4.5 m by 2.1 m, go with the flat. The consideration is ₹10,90,76,970, about ₹73,800 a sq ft on carpet. Stamp duty of ₹65,44,700 and registration fee of ₹30,000 (total ₹65,74,700; GRN MH005883535202627M, paid 6 July 2026 and defaced on 8 July) were deposited by Godrej Properties. The deed is MBI13-15628-2026.
Flat 2402, in Anushka Sharma’s name
Anushka Ajay Kumar Sharma, 38, of the same Versova address, is the allottee of Flat 2402, next door on the same floor. She signed through her mother, Ashima Sharma, as power of attorney holder. A separate power of attorney in the file also records her address as the 5th and 6th floors of Raj Mahal, Juhu. The carpet area is 188.23 sq m, about 2,026 sq ft, with exclusive areas of 11.86 sq m, a total of 200.09 sq m. Three covered basement-1 car parks, including independent surface park 27, go with the flat. The consideration is ₹14,89,55,943, about ₹73,500 a sq ft on carpet. Stamp duty of ₹74,47,800 and registration fee of ₹30,000 (total ₹74,77,800; GRN MH005883917202627M) were paid. The deed is MBI13-15629-2026.
The project and the price
Godrej Properties Limited (PAN AAACG3995M), of Godrej One, Vikhroli East, is the developer, signing through authorised representative Norbert Mendes under a board resolution dated 6 November 2025. The land owner is One-Stop Business Services LLP, of 292, Bellasis Road, Mumbai Central. The flats are in Godrej Skyshore, Versova, Andheri West, Mumbai 400061. Parking is priced at nil inside the lump-sum consideration. GST and other taxes are extra. The price is escalation-free except for statutory levies. Possession is to be offered after the occupation certificate, with the last slices of the payment plan linked to the OC and the intimation of possession.
Together, the two homes are 325.52 sq m carpet, about 3,504 sq ft, with five basement car parks, at ₹25,80,32,913. Stamp duty on the pair is ₹1.40 crore. Side-by-side 24th-floor bookings at Godrej Skyshore, one in the parents’ names and one in Anushka Sharma’s, are now on the public registration record circulated by CRE Matrix.
