Bhiwandi has once again witnessed a big rental deal where a warehouse measuring 2.43 lakh sq ft has been rented for a sum of ₹47.62 lakh per month rent.

According to documents provided to SquareFeatIndia by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm, Damco India Pvt Ltd has taken warehouse having area 2.43 Lakh sqft on lease for period of 5 years in Bhiwandi with starting monthly rent of 47.62 Lakh and deposit of 1.9Cr.

The details include Building No. E, R.K. Logiworld, Yewai Naka, Village Yewai, Taluka Bhiwandi, District Thane.

The licensor is Deepak Durgaprasad Agarwal & Others, whereas the licensee is Damco India Pvt. Ltd.

The rental agreement was signed on October 21, 2022. 2,42,859 sq. ft. is the total chargeable area.

Lease Period: 5 years
Lock-In Period: 3 years
Rent Escalation: 4% at the end of every 12 months
