A big ticket deal in Noidai took place recently involving a family of media barons.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia provided by Zapkey, on June 28, a deal worth Rs 10.02 crore was signed.

The sellers are media baron Raghav Bahl and Ritu Kapoor, the buyers are Sunil and Neelima Tyagi.

A stamp duty of Rs 50 lakh was paid for the registration of the property.

The details of the property include a residentail plot. located in F Block, of Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar.

The total area of the plot that was sold last month is 732.73 sq meters.
