Cognizant has renewed its lease of 6.27 lakh space in Pune. The monthly rent goes to Rs 3.35 crore.

According to documents accessed SquareFeatIndia provided by Propstack, the renewal of the lease is for a period of 5 years.

The project wre the lease has been renewed is Quadron Business Park Block 2 and 4.

The floors were the lease renewal have been carried out is floors 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 4 measuring 2.60 lakh sq ft, and floors LG, UG, 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Block 2 where the area measures 3.66 lakh sq ft.

The lease period of the property in Block 4 is between October 2021 to October 2026, whereas that of Bloc 2 is December 2022, to December 2027.
