Embassy Developments Limited has sold over 500 residential units in just four days, generating a topline of around ₹495 crore from the launch of Embassy Verde Phase II, a residential project within its large township development Embassy Springs.

The project is located in Bengaluru’s North Bengaluru micro-market, one of the fastest-growing residential corridors in the city due to its proximity to the Kempegowda International Airport and major employment hubs.

Strong Demand for Township Living

According to the developer, the strong response reflects rising homebuyer interest in integrated township developments, where housing is combined with social infrastructure, open spaces, and lifestyle amenities within a single master-planned community.

Reeza Sebastian Karimpanal, Chief Revenue Officer – Residential at Embassy Developments, said the project’s response highlights a shift in homebuyer preferences.

“Homebuyers today are looking beyond individual apartments and prioritising communities that offer security, open spaces, lifestyle continuity for families and the convenience of daily life within a single managed environment,” she said.

Project Details

Embassy Verde Phase II has a saleable area of approximately 7.38 lakh square feet and includes 702 residential units.

The project offers a mix of 1, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments, with sizes ranging from 601 sq. ft. to 1,344 sq. ft., targeting a wide range of buyers—from young professionals to growing families.

The apartments are designed to maximise natural light, efficient layouts and functional living spaces, aligning with current homebuyer demand for compact but well-planned homes.

Embassy Springs: Large Township Development

The project forms part of the 288-acre Embassy Springs township, which has emerged as a prominent residential destination in North Bengaluru.

The township features:

  • 45+ acres of green open spaces
  • 100+ lifestyle amenities
  • An 18-kilometre internal road network
  • Embassy Academy, a CBSE-affiliated school within the development
  • A senior living community and social infrastructure

Located about 15 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport, the township also offers connectivity to key employment hubs in the northern corridor of the city.

North Bengaluru Remains a Key Growth Corridor

North Bengaluru continues to attract strong developer and buyer interest due to infrastructure development, airport proximity and the presence of major tech and business parks.

Embassy Developments said it has already launched projects with around ₹4,300 crore of Gross Development Value (GDV) in North Bengaluru during FY26 and plans to add approximately ₹12,500 crore worth of projects in upcoming phases.

The company said it intends to continue expanding its residential portfolio in the region as demand for large integrated communities continues to grow.
