Experion Developers has announced the sell-out of Phase 1 of its residential project, Experion Elements, located in Sector 45, Noida. This project includes 3 and 4 BHK homes and has generated nearly INR 900 crore in sales.

A spokesperson for Experion Developers stated that the response to Experion Elements reflects the confidence homebuyers have in the brand. The project’s location and amenities have contributed to its appeal in the National Capital Region. The company emphasized its commitment to delivering quality products and services.

Launched this year, Experion Elements includes various amenities such as EV charging facilities, a pickleball court, and a cineplex. The sell-out of Phase 1 indicates strong demand for premium homes in Noida and highlights the company’s track record in the real estate sector.

Following the success of Phase 1, Experion Developers plans to launch Phase 2, which is expected to attract interest from homebuyers and investors.
