Actress and television personality Gauhar Khan has purchased three apartments in Versova, Mumbai, with a total transaction value of ₹10.13 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra website. Two of the three apartments were purchased jointly with her husband, Zaid Darbar, while one was acquired solely in her name. The transactions were registered in February 2025.

According to Square Yards’ Project Data Intelligence, five transactions worth ₹14 crore were registered at Shiv Kutir CHS between February 2024 and January 2025. The average resale property price in the project is currently ₹25,387 per sq. ft.

Khan, who has worked in films and television, has made multiple real estate investments in the city over the years.
