Google’s Raiden Infotech has leaded a property in Navi Mumbai, the monthly rent is $10.8 lakh monthly rent.

Raiden Infotech India Pvt Ltd an entity of Google Inc has leased Data Centre, Plot No. D31 & D32, T.T.C Industrial Estate, MIDC, Village Bonsari, Navi Mumbai .

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia provided by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm, the total area of the data centre is 3,80,945 sq. ft.

Documents revealed that lease term is for 28 years, the rent escalation is 1.75% Annually, whereas the rent commencement date is 24 Months from Commencement Date.

The deal was signed in OCtober 22, between Amanthin Info Parks Pvt Ltd and Raiden Infotech India Pvt Ltd.
