The Niranjan Hiranandani Group has officially entered the Pune real estate market with a landmark joint development agreement with Krisala Developers. The partnership, covering a sprawling 105-acre land parcel in North Hinjewadi, will be developed under the Integrated Township Policy, featuring residential, commercial, and retail spaces.

The total investment for the land asset is valued at Rs 2000 crore, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 7000 crore. The first phase of development spans 30 acres and is expected to deliver approximately 3 million square feet of real estate space. The Phase I investment is pegged at around Rs 500 crore, with a projected turnover of Rs 2100 crore. The development will include apartments, villa plots, branded residences, and extensive recreational amenities designed to enhance the holistic living experience of homebuyers.

This strategic collaboration brings together the local expertise of Krisala Developers and the established brand experience of the Hiranandani Group. From land development and approvals to execution, both organizations are committed to a seamless integration of their vision and expertise.
