Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan has rented out his premium commercial property located in Lotus Corporate Park, Goregaon, Mumbai, securing a monthly rental income of ₹5.62 lakh. The lease agreement was formally registered this month, as per property registration documents accessed through Square Yards and the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) Maharashtra.

The rented office space spans 2,727 square feet (approximately 253.34 square meters) in the premium commercial development by Lotus Developers. Spread across 27.55 acres, Lotus Corporate Park is known for its modern infrastructure and strategic location in one of Mumbai’s key business districts. Goregaon, with its excellent connectivity and thriving commercial ecosystem, continues to be a sought-after destination for businesses.

As part of the transaction, a stamp duty of ₹88,000 and a registration fee of ₹1,000 were paid.

Hrithik Roshan, widely recognized for his acting prowess, has delivered memorable performances in films like Koi… Mil Gaya, Jodhaa Akbar, Kaabil, and Super 30. Apart from his cinematic achievements, Roshan is also an entrepreneur, having launched his casual wear brand HRx in 2013. The brand focuses on sports and active lifestyle apparel, further solidifying his multifaceted career.
