In the last two years this would be the third real estate deal concerning actor Janhvi Kapoor. Janhvi the daughter of late Sridevi and Boney Kapoor in December 2020, bought an apartment in Juhu for Rs 39 crore, she then in March 2022, finalised its sale to actor Rajkummar Rao for Rs 44 crore.

Now once again Janhvi Kapoor has bought an apartment, this time she along with her sister Khushi Kapoor and father Boney Kapoor bought a duplex for Rs 65 crore in Bandra.

The duplex comprises of apartment no. 101 and 201, 1st and 2nd Floor, in Kubelisque Building, on Pali Hill, Union Park Road, Bandra West.

Documents provided to SquareFeatIndia by Indextap.com, reveal that the deal was signed in October 2022. The building received its occupation certificate way back in the year 2002.

The seller of the duplex is Kintu Bajaj, the entire deal consists of a duplex also referred as a bungalow in the documents spread over a carpet area of 6421 sq ft, the built-up area of the duplex is 8669 sq ft. Along with the apartment Janhvi and her family will also have an access to an open garden area, swimming pool and five car park.

If one calculates the per sq ft rate on carpet area for this deal it goes to Rs 1.01 lakh. A stamp duty of Rs 3.90 crore was paid for the registration of the duplex.

The permanent address of Kapoor is that of Green Acres, Lokhandwala Complex in Andheri. According to the documents, the Kapoors will also have 15.20 per cent undivided rights, title and interest in the land and the common areas and facilities of the building, appurtenant to the apartment.

A detailed message sent to Boney Kapoor didn’t get us any response, when called his assistant said Boney Kapoor will revert. We will update the copy, if he responds.

Only in December 2020, Janhvi Kapoor had bought a triplex for Rs 39 crore in the building named Araya in Juhu. The flat that she bought was located on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of the building, in JVPD Scheme.

She then in March 2022, finalised and registered the sale agreement in July 2022, where she sold the apartment to Rajkumar Yadav (Rajkummar Rao) and his wife Patralekha Misra Paul. Rao and his wife had bought the home from Janhvi Kapoor by paying a whopping Rs 43.87 crore.

Bandra in the last few days saw some big ticket deals, this includes the home that Mahabharat serial fame BR Chopra’s Daughter-in-law Renu Chopra bought for Rs 1.51 lakh per sq ft. The flat that Chopra bought is located on the 11th Floor, of the building named Artveda, Pali Mala Road, Colonial Dogri Road, Bandra west. The total consideration paid by Chopra for this flat is Rs 47.89 crore and the area of the flat is 3,158 sq ft carpet area. This deal was registered in September.

Again in Bandra South Actor Prithviraj along with his wife bought a house on 16th Floor of building Parishram By Rustomjee, Nargis Dutt Road, Pali Hill, Bandra West. The actor paid Rs 17.75 crore for the flat measuring 2109 sq ft. this deal was signed in October this year.
