JSW Steel Ltd recently bought a huge land parcel measuring 30.5 acres in Raigad district of Maharashtra.

On October 3, this year a land deal was signed in Maharashtra’s Raigad district. This deal was for a land parcel spread over 30.5 acres.

According to documents provided to SquareFeatIndia.com by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm, the deal is between JSW Steel Ltd and Padma Prakash Nilawar.

The total agreement value of the land according to documents is Rs 23.22 Crore.

Documents further reveal that a stamp duty of Rs 1.39 Crore was paid for the registration of the deal.

The land that JSW Steel bought is located in Village Karav, Taluka Pen, District Raigad, of Maharashtra.

Land deals in nearby areas of Mumbai do garner tractions, even Pune is seeing a lot of land deals.

Recently in one of the biggest land deals in the state, a land measuring 1.01 lakh in Pune’s Haveli area took place earlier in March this year.

The deal an assignment of lease concerns a land located in the jurisdiction of municipal corporation of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, within the Taluka Haveli, in Pune. It is the MIDC area and part of a larger land measuring 2.83 lakh sq mt.

While Microsoft Corporation Pvt Ltd was the party which got the land on its name now, the other party is Finolex Industries Ltd.
