Bollywood heartthrob Kartik Aaryan recently bought an apartment for himself. Kartik paid Rs 1.60 crore for the flat located in Versova area of Mumbai suburbs. It’s the same house that he lived in as a paying guest when he moved to Mumbai from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh

Versova is happing suburb of Mumbai and this is the same area where most Bollywood celebrities reside at present. 

Kartik Aaryan’s new abode is located in Rajkiran Co-op Housing Society located at Yari Road in Versova. The flat’s carpet area is 459 sqft, and the apartment is on the fifth floor of the building. the total area of the flat for which Kartik Aryan paid the money measures 551 sqft. 

The deal was signed in the middle of the year 2019 and Kartik Aaryan paid Rs 9.60 lakh as stamp duty for the registration. The documents also has his mother Mala Tiwari’s name, and their address mentioned is that of Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh. 

Recently actor Tamannah Bhatia also bought a house in Versova. However, she made it to the news because of the amount she paid for the flat. Bhatia of Bahubali fame recently bought the flat for Rs 80,778 per sqft in Versova. This is more than two times the ongoing rate in the area which stands between Rs 35-45,000 per sqft. 

Earlier this year actor Alia Bhatt also bought an apartment in Juhu. She paid Rs 13.11 crore for a flat measuring 2300 sqft. 

Bollywood actor Vivek Anand Oberoi and wife Priyanka Oberoi also recently bought a bungalow in Juhu for Rs 14.25 crore. The cost of the bungalow is more than the ongoing ready reckoner rate of the area, which stands at Rs 10.59 crore. The built-up area of the bungalow is 234.20 square metre, while the carpet area of the bungalow is 2,100 square feet. Oberoi had tendered Rs 85.50 lakh to register his bungalow with the registration department.
