Cricketer K L Rahul and his wife Athiya Shetty, daughter of Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty recently bought a house in Bandra by paying Rs 20 crore.

Documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia reveal hat the deal was signed on July 15.

The flat that K L Rahul and his wife Athiya Shetty bought is on the second floor of Sandhu Palace, Hill Road, Bandra.

The seller is Sandhu Builders, a stamp duty of Rs 1.2 crore was paid for the registration of the apartment.

The total area of the apartment is 342.34 sq mts.

Along with the house the new owners will also have access to four car park in the building.
