Bollywood actor Malaika Arora has leased out her apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West locality for a total rental value of ₹1.17 crore over a three-year period, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The transaction was officially registered in March 2026.

As per the documents, the apartment is located in the Vida building in Bandra West. The lease agreement spans 36 months, with a structured rental escalation:

  • Year 1: ₹3.10 lakh per month
  • Year 2: ₹3.25 lakh per month (5% increase)
  • Year 3: Further 5% escalation (approx. ₹3.41 lakh)

The deal includes a security deposit of ₹20 lakh, along with stamp duty of ₹30,819 and registration charges of ₹1,000.
