Online Registration Begins for Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Nashik Divisions

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has announced the commencement of online registration and application for the sale of 1,418 residential flats and plots through a computerized lottery. The initiative covers various housing schemes in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar city-district, Beed, and Nashik city.

The “Go-Live” launch of this process was formally inaugurated on June 30, 2025, by MHADA Vice President and Chief Executive Officer Shri Sanjeev Jaiswal (IAS) at MHADA’s headquarters in Bandra East, Mumbai. Chief Engineer Shri Dheerajkumar Pandirkar and Chief Officer of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Nashik Divisions Shri Shivkumar Awalkante were also present.


Break-up of Flats and Plots under Various Housing Schemes

The lottery is divided into three main categories for Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Division:

  • Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban): 1,148 flats
  • MHADA Housing Scheme: 164 flats
  • 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme: 39 flats and plots

For the Nashik Division, the allocation includes:

  • 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme: 63 flats
  • MHADA Housing Scheme: 4 flats

The category-wise reservation of flats is as follows:

  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 1,148 flats
  • Lower Income Group (LIG): 266 flats
  • Middle Income Group (MIG): 4 flats

Integrated Housing Lottery Management System (IHLMS 2.0)

The entire registration and application process is being conducted through the new Integrated Housing Lottery Management System (IHLMS 2.0). This computerized platform allows applicants to:

  • Register online
  • Fill and submit application forms
  • Upload required documents
  • Make online payments

The process began on June 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM, and will continue until August 11, 2025, at 11:59 PM for online application submission and payment of the earnest money deposit (EMD).

Applicants can also make EMD payments via RTGS/NEFT up to the working hours of their respective banks on August 12, 2025.


Publication of Eligible Applicant Lists

After verifying submitted applications and documents, MHADA will publish:

  • Provisional List of Eligible Applicants: August 18, 2025, at 3:00 PM
  • Final List of Eligible Applicants: August 25, 2025, at 12:00 PM

Both lists will be available on the official MHADA website:

The date and venue of the lottery draw will be announced later by the respective Divisions.


Mobile Application Facility

To further simplify participation, MHADA has launched a dedicated mobile app available on:

  • Google Play Store (Android devices)
  • Apple App Store (iOS devices)

Applicants can register, apply, and track their applications directly through this app.

  • Audio-visual guides
  • Help files
  • A dedicated help site

Applicants are strongly advised to read the guidance materials before applying. These resources can be accessed on the MHADA website.


Important Advisory for Applicants

Chief Officer Shri Shivkumar Awalkante emphasized that the entire lottery process is fully online and transparent, with no human intervention possible.

No representative, consultant, or property agent has been appointed by MHADA for this sale. Applicants are urged not to deal with brokers or middlemen, as MHADA will not be responsible for any fraud or malpractice resulting from such interactions.
