Extension of deadline till July 10 for submission of online application and payment of deposit amount for MHADA lottery.

The deadline has been extended for the convenience of the citizens to participate in the computerized lottery process for the sale of 4082 flats announced by the Mumbai Housing and Area Development Board of MHADA (a component of MHADA). The deadline has been extended till July 10, 2023.

As per the revised schedule announced by the Mumbai Board, interested applicants. Online application form can be submitted till 6 pm on July 10, 2023 and deposit amount can be paid online till 11.59 pm. Also Applicants can pay the deposit through RTGS/NEFT till the office hours of the concerned bank on July 12, 2023. On July 17, 2023 at 3 pm the draft list of applications received for draw will be published on the website of MHADA https://housing.mhada.gov.in.

Claims and Objections can be filed online from the date of release of draft list till 3 pm on July 19, 2023. Final list of accepted applications for draw will be published on MHADA website on July 24, 2023 at 3 pm. The computerized draw of applications received for allotment of flats will be conducted at Rangsharada hall in Bandra West and the date and time of the draw will be announced later.

1947 flats are included under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) while 1795 flats are under MHADA scheme, 139 flats under Development Control Regulation 33 (5), 75 flats under construction under Development Control Regulation 33 (5), Development Control Regulation 33 (7) ) includes 25 flats within and 102 scattered flats. Also according to income group there are 2790 flats for Economically weaker section, 1034 for low income group, 139 for middle income group and 120 for high income group.

For Economically Weaker Section (EWS) annual income up to Rs.6 lakh is required. For Low Income Group (LIG) annual income is required up to Rs.9 lakh. For middle income group (MIG) income upto twelve lakh rupees is required. There is no maximum income limit for High Income Group (HIG).
