The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board, a regional unit of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), has extended the deadline for submitting online applications for the sale of 502 flats under the 20 percent inclusive housing scheme. Applicants can now submit their applications until March 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM, as announced by Nashik Board’s Chief Officer, Mr. Shivakumar Awalkanthe.

The housing lottery includes flats across multiple locations in Nashik, such as Makhmalabad, Satpur, Pathardi, Vihitgaon, Hirawadi, Mhasrul, Tapovan Dwarka, Wadala Nashik, Pimpalgaon Bahula, Nandur Dasak, Deolali, and Mouje Dasak.

Revised Schedule for Applications and Payments

  • Online applications: Extended until March 20, 2025 (11:59 PM)
  • Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) payments:
  • Online payments: Until March 21, 2025 (11:59 PM)
  • RTGS/NEFT payments: Until March 21, 2025 (4:00 PM)
  • Final list of approved applications: Published on April 9, 2025 (6:00 PM) on MHADA’s official website
  • Lottery draw date: To be announced separately

Breakdown of Available Flats

The Nashik Board’s housing lottery consists of two categories:

  1. 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme300 flats available through the standard lottery system. Interested applicants must register and apply at https://housing.mhada.gov.in.
  2. First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) Scheme202 flats available under the 20% inclusive housing scheme. Registration and EMD payment for these flats must be completed at https://lottery.mhada.gov.in.

MHADA Warns Against Fraudulent Agents

Chief Officer Mr. Awalkanthe has urged applicants to be cautious and avoid dealing with unauthorized agents or consultants. MHADA and the Nashik Board have not appointed any representatives for the sale of these flats, and any transactions made through third parties will not be recognized by the authorities.

The IHLMS 2.0 lottery system ensures transparency, simplicity, and fairness, making it easy for applicants to apply directly through official MHADA websites without any intermediaries.
