Piramal Realty, the real estate division of Piramal Group, has officially inaugurated the first phase of its luxurious clubhouse, Rasa, at the Piramal Revanta community in Mulund. Spanning over two floors and covering 20,000 square feet, Club Rasa marks the initial phase of two planned clubhouses within this prestigious gated community located at the foothills of Sanjay Gandhi National Park.

Named ‘Rasa,’ meaning ‘Essence’ in Sanskrit, the clubhouse is designed to be a hub for recreation and wellness, offering a high-end sanctuary for residents. The facility masterfully blends indoor and outdoor amenities, aiming to foster community connections and provide a luxurious escape within the bustling city.

The interior of Club Rasa has been meticulously crafted to reflect the unique demographics of the area, incorporating vibrant patterns, textures, and bold colors. The clubhouse features a dynamic atmosphere with soft furnishings and contemporary artwork, enhancing the space’s energy and appeal.

Abhijeet Maheshwari, CEO of Piramal Realty, stated, “With the launch of Club Rasa, we are creating more than just a clubhouse; we are establishing a sanctuary where community, wellness, and luxury converge, making every moment #FullOfLife at Piramal Revanta. Club Rasa embodies our vision of modern living and our commitment to enriching lives within our community.”

Club Rasa offers a wide range of amenities designed to cater to diverse interests. Highlights include a state-of-the-art gymnasium with views of Sanjay Gandhi National Park, a resort-style swimming pool, and The Arena—a 6,000 square-foot multipurpose court for basketball, pickleball, and badminton. The facility also features a rock-climbing wall, a spa with a jacuzzi and steam room, a gaming zone with squash, table tennis, and pool, and a library for quieter pursuits.

Piramal Revanta, spread across 12 acres, has already established itself as a premier residential destination, with its first two towers now home to over 400 families. The development is set to continue its expansion with the handover of a new tower, T3, later this year. Additionally, the recently launched phase, Vana, will introduce a unique 3-acre park, adding over 30% green cover to the development and enhancing the community’s retreat-style amenities.

Piramal Revanta aims to set new standards for luxury living in Mulund with its low-density living environment, spacious residences, and emphasis on meaningful, community-focused living.
