Puravankara Limited has announced the ‘Purva NRI Home Fest,’ a two-day event for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) interested in purchasing properties in India. The event will take place at the Shangri-La Dubai on September 28 and 29, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The fest will feature over 4,000 homes from more than 20 projects in five major Indian cities: Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Mumbai, and Pune. Options include 1-5 BHK apartments, villas, and villa plots, with sizes ranging from approximately 600 sq. ft. to 5,000 sq. ft.

Abhishek Kapoor, Group CEO of Puravankara Limited, noted a rising interest among NRIs in real estate investments in India. He pointed to a significant increase in NRI deposits, which rose by 84.4% from $6.40 billion to $11.8 billion between April 2023 and February 2024. “The Purva NRI Home Fest provides an opportunity for NRIs to engage with our offerings and receive support in their home-buying journey,” Kapoor said.

The event will showcase various properties, including Purva Windermere in Chennai, Purva Clermont in Mumbai, and Purva Park Hill in Bengaluru. Villa plots from the Purva Land brand will also be available for buyers interested in building custom homes.

Puravankara will offer post-sales support, including assistance with loan facilitation, interior design services through Purva Streaks, and help with documentation.

Exclusive offers, including interior design vouchers ranging from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 10 lakhs, will be available for buyers who book during the event.

The Purva NRI Home Fest aims to provide NRIs with access to investment opportunities in India’s real estate market.
