The lease rent agreement is between Ajay Devgan and Bhanusali Studio which has rented the premises. 

The rented premises is located on the 17th floor of the building named Signature by Lotus, in Veera Desai Road, Andheri.

The total rented area is 3445 Sq Ft and the deposit paid was ₹42 lakh, whereas the per month rent is ₹7.25 lakh.

The rent agreement was carried out on April 8.

In June 2023, Ajay had bought 5 offices in this building for ₹45.09 crore.

According to the documents Kajol will also have 3 designated car parking spaces in the building.

Ajay Devgan had earlier purchased 5 office units for ₹45 Cr in the same building in April this year.

Two apartments in Juhu have been sold and bought by actor Kajol.

Both the flats are located on the tenth floor of the building. The building in which these two apartments have been bought by Kajol is named Ananya.

The building is on the same NS Road of Juhu, where Kajol currently resides in her bungalow Shiv Shakti.

According to documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia.com the deal has been signed between Tryksha Projects private ltd and Kajol Vishal Devgan.

Of the two flats the first flat measures 101.67 square meters built-up, which translates into 1092 square feet the RERA carpet of this apartment is 994.59 square feet for which a total amount of Rs 5.86 crore was paid.

For this flat the ready reckoner rate mentioned in the document is Rs 4.26 crore. A stamp duty of Rs 29.32 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

For the second apartment a total amount of Rs 6.09 crore was paid by Kajol whereas the total built-up area of the apartment is 105.77 square meters, which translates into 1157.75 square feet.

The RERA carpet of this apartment is 1034.64 square feet and the stamp duty paid for the registration of this apartment is Rs 30.45 lakh.

Thus taking the total carpet area to 2029 square feet and the consideration amount to Rs 11.95 crore.

The documentation of both the apartment was carried out on January 12, whereas the registration was carried out on January 13.

Recently Bollywood’s Khiladi, actor Akshay Kumar paid a whopping ₹7.84 crore for an apartment in Mumbai’s Khar area.

According to registration documents accessed by SquareFeatIndia, Actor Akshay Kumar bought an apartment in Khar West’s Joy legend building for ₹7.84 crore. The deal was signed on January 7, 2022.

In January Raj Kundra transferred five flats Worth Rs 38.5 Crore to Shilpa Shetty.

Actor Abhishek Bachchan sold off his Worli home on August 10, 2021.

He had bought this house on November 11, 2014.

Abhishek Bachchan sold the house for Rs 45.75 crore, he had bought it for Rs 41.14 crore.

The flat is located on the 37th floor (21st Habitable floor) of the Tower B of Worli’s 360 West.

According to the documents accessed by Squarefeatindia provided by Zapkey.com the paper work was carried out on August 9, while the registration was done on August 10. 
Stamp duty of Rs 2.28 crore was paid for the registration.

The new owner will also have access to four car parks in the building.

The flat measures 7527 square feet. Abhishek Bachchan’s buy in 2014 had made headlines too.

Amitabh Bachchan recently bought a duplex for Rs 31 crore in Andheri. In the same building where Amitabh Bachchan bought the duplex actor Sunny Leone too had bought an apartment.

Last year Ajay Devgan bought a bungalow in Juhu, where the Bachchan’s currently reside for Rs 47.5 crore.

Bollywood actor Rani Mukherjee and Disha Patani have bought flats worth crores of rupees in Mumbai. The flats are located in Mumbai’s Khar area.

Both Rani as well as Disha carried out the documentation related to their real estate purchase on March 31, 2021. Rani registered her flat on July 15, and Disha registered the flat on June 16.

The flat that Rani Mukherjee bought is located on 22nd floor of the E wing of the building Rustomjee Paramount.

Disha bought the flat on the 16th floor of the F wing of the same building.

According to documents provided by Zapkey, the flat that Rani Mukherjee bought measures 1485 square feet carpet, while that of Disha Patani measures 1119.59 square feet.

Both the actors even have got access to two car parks each along with the flats.

Rani Mukherjee paid Rs 7.12 crore for the flat, the stamp duty for the flat is Rs 21.37 lakh.

Disha Patani paid Rs 5.95 crore for her flat, and the stamp duty for this apartment was Rs 17.85 lakh.

Just a few days ago, actor Priyanka Chopra sold two of her flats in Versova’s Raj Classic building for Rs 7 crore.

Read it right, actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas sold her Mumbai house. The two apartments that she sold were located in Versova.

According to documents made available to SquareFeatIndia by Zapkey, the two deals were registered on March 26, 2021.

The two flats sold are on the seventh floor of the building named Raj Classic located in Versova.

The first flat sold by Priyanka Chopra measures 888 sqft and was sold for Rs 3 crore, a stamp duty of Rs 9 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

The second flat sold by the actor measures 1219 sqft and was sold for Rs 4 crore, a stamp duty of Rs 12 lakh was paid for the registration of the apartment.

The total amount that Priyanka carried the sale of the flats for is Rs 7 crore. According to Zapkey, Priyanka in February 2020, had sold her another flat in Karan Apartment, Lokhandwala, Andheri, for Rs 2 crore.

Priyanka’s mother Madhu Chopra carried out the transactions on behalf of the actor.

Incidentally in June 2017, Madhuri Dixit Nene had sold her two apartments in the same building that of Priyanka’s for Rs 8.18 crore.

Actor Ajay Devgan was in news recently for his expensive real estate purchase. There were reports that the actor paid Rs 60 crore for a sprawling bungalow in Mumbai’s Juhu area.

However, documents made available to SquareFeatIndia by Zapkey.com show that the actual figure is different from what was reported earlier.

Ajay Devgan according to the registration documents carried out the paperwork related to the bungalow on December 29, 2020, and the transfer deed was registered on December 30, 2020.

The plot that Ajay Devgan purchased is located in Kapol Cooperative Housing Society, JVPD, Juhu. The buyers are the actor with the name Vishal alias Ajay Virendra Devgan and his mother Veena Virendra Devgan.

While several reports mentioned that the actor has paid Rs 60 crore for the bungalow, documents reveal that he paid Rs 47.5 crore for it.

The plot area measures 474.4 square meters and has a constructed area of 6,500 square feet (carpet). He even paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.37 crore for the registration of the property.

Not only this, but the actor also registered a loan document that he borrowed from a bank on April 27, 2021. The loan amount is Rs 18.75 crore.

A detailed message sent to Devgan via email elicited no response.

Celebrities in the last few days have spent a huge amount of money to buy properties in Mumbai.

Amitabh Bachchan shelled out Rs 31 crore for a duplex in Andheri.

Late actor Sridevi’s daughter and an actor herself, Janvhi Kapoor paid Rs 39 crore for an apartment spread over three floors.

Sunny Leone, paid Rs 16 crore for a flat in Andheri.

Hrithik Roshan last year bought an apartment in Versova for Rs 97.5 crore.
