<p>The Maharashtra government has issued a revised notification in January 2025, regarding the allocation of <strong>2,000 square meters of land in Bandra Reclamation (Survey No. 791/A)</strong> to cricketer <strong>Ajinkya Rahane</strong> for the establishment of a <strong>Cricket and Sports Training Center</strong>. This amendment follows a <strong>cabinet decision made on October 14, 2024</strong>, modifying the previous government resolution dated <strong>October 7, 2024</strong>.</p>

<p>Sonakshi Sinha, daughter of veteran actor and politician Shatrughan Sinha and a Bollywood personality recently spent Rs 11 crore for a house in Bandra.</p>



<p>According to documents accessed by Square Feat India, provided by <a href="http://zapkey.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Zapkey</a>, the deal was signed on August 29, 2023.</p>



<p>The seller is Pyramid Developers, whereas the buyer is Sonakshi Sinha. The flat that Sonakshi bought is located in the building 81 Aureate.</p>



<p>The flat is located on the 26th floor of the building located in Bandra west,</p>



<p>The area of the apartment is 205.20 sq mt, RERA carpet, with nice, lobby, AHU, Servant Toilet areas of 32.37 sq m, with terrace area of 153.63 sq m.</p>



<p>The actress will also have access to four car parks in the in the building.</p>



<p>Being a woman she availed a 1% discount on stamp duty. She paid a stamp duty of Rs 55 lakh.</p>



<p>In March 2020, actor Sonakshi Sinha had bought a 4628 sq.ft. home in the same building. Sinha paid Rs 14 crore for a flat on 16th floor in the building. Even Sinha got access to three car parks in the building.</p>
